InCharge Shares e-Learning Expertise At Top Industry Conference

(ORLANDO, Fla.) February 14, 2005 - InCharge® Education Foundation will join industry experts discussing employee development through collaborative online learning at the 2nd Annual Financial e-Learning Conference February 16-17, 2005, in New York, New York.

Al Duarte, Vice President of InCharge Education Foundation, will conduct a discussion of games-based e-learning in the finance sector. E-learning is increasingly becoming the delivery method of choice for much of corporate America. Yet research shows that attrition and "no-show" rates may be extremely high. Are today's e-learners less motivated than their traditional counterparts? What is managing to keep their attention? For many, the answer is simple: games.

Mr. Duarte's presentation will focus on games-based e-learning principles and practices. Case studies will be used to demonstrate how games are being used to create engaging e-learning. An emphasis will be placed on how e-learning games may be used in the consumer finance sector.

In addition to InCharge Education Foundation, participants in the conference will include representatives from Allen Interactions, Beverly Cooperative Bank, Chubb group of Insurance Companies, Citigroup, Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, First National Bank & Trust, Hibernia National Bank, JP Morgan Chase, Liberty Mutual, Oppenheimer Funds, Putnam Investments, Q2 Learning, Scotiabank and The World Bank.

Key topics to be addressed at the program will include adapting programs to entice users; investigating the true value of e-learning for internal customers-sales force automation; examining the application of six-sigma methodologies to e-learning programs; guaranteeing top-notch quality programs; examining the challenges of measuring the effectiveness of e-learning programs; realizing the limitations of e-learning; and maintaining regulatory compliance through the use of e-learning.
